Order Confirmation
On receipt of your order we will issue you an email titled Love Him Love Her
- Order Confirmation. This will state clearly the items you have
ordered and prices. This email will clearly indicate if any item is
currently out of stock and when it is due to arrive with us.

Guarantee
All our products are supplied with twelve months guarantee against faulty workmanship.
Cancellation
You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed, however
if you have already received an email confirming despatch of your order
then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense
following the guidelines below.
Shipping & Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return
any item, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You must notify
us within 7 days of receiving your order if you intend to do this. You
will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged.
Faulty Goods
If a product arrives faulty or developes a fault within this period we
will replace or repair the item or if you prefer offer a full refund.
This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of

We will issue a returns number which must be quoted on the outside of
the packaging and you will be asked to securely package the item and
return it to us. On receipt of the goods we will inspect them and
contact you immediately to confirm the next course of action required.
